The controller is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable for the agency, as well as cost accounting and general financial management. The person we are looking for will have the ability to not only manage the day to day of the accounting office, but also the ability to maintain ongoing evaluations of internal agency systems as they relate to the accounting department.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years accounting related experience preferred. Management experience also preferred. Must be extremely computer literate with a very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to learn new software and figure out software issues is necessary and of the highest priority.
