A Time to Give
MICHAEL DENNY’s sweet sounding clarinet has been silenced and his witty pen stilled by a serious stroke. Although he is recovering, the process is slow and tedious. Long the songbird of the New Jersey Advertising Club and a dedicated AdTalk staff writer, Michael has entertained at countless events over the past several decades, giving of his great talent to lift our spirits.
Now it’s time to lift his. Although insurance money is available, it is not sufficient to cover all the medical expenses his family has incurred. Unfortunately, the costs will continue to accumulate.

Accordingly, the Ad Club has established a fund to help the family. Make checks out to the New Jersey Advertising Club/Michael Denny Fund. Send to Organizational Services, PO Box 6, Kearny, NJ 07032.

Members of Mike’s Centennial Jazz Band held a benefit jazz session December 8 at the Springfield Knights of Columbus Hall. More are planned. Stay tuned.
