We are constantly on the lookout to increase the benefits we are able to offer Ad Club members. To that end, we recently added legal services to our extensive listing. Services are provided through Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., and consist of the following:
• Unlimited contract and documentation review (for personal use: one time for business, per year)
• Unlimited phone consultations (any subject matter) with an attorney specializing in the area of concern (personal or business)
• Unlimited letters and phone calls (one per subject)
• Comprehensive will with a durable power-of-attorney at no additional charge for members ($20 for spouse)
• Anything not included in the above is discounted at 25% off the standard rates of a contracted New Jersey law firm, provided by Pre-Paid Legal Services.
• There is even an optional Legal Shield, providing 24/7 access to an attorney for traffic or motor vehicles matters. Available for an additional $1.00 per month.
• New Jersey residents can enroll in this service for $9.95 per month plus a one-time $10.00 sign-up fee.
